Aaron PalmerThe newly-elected members of the Johnson County School Board were sworn in at the board’s regular meeting Monday night in Buffalo.
New members sworn in were Daniel “Noodle” Escoz, Reed Davidson, Benito Maya and Mckenzi Wright.
Lynette Fox, who was retained to the board, was also sworn in at the meeting.
Outgoing board members Jan Johnson, Kristen LeDoux, and Jodi Verplanke were recognized for their service on the board by Chairman Travis Pearson and Superintendent Charles Auzqui.
Johnson and LeDoux served four years on the school board, and Verplanke served eight before they chose to step down.
