Aaron PalmerDuring the last meeting of the Hospital Board of Trustees for the Johnson County Healthcare Center, they heard reports from the Chief-of-Staff and leadership staff that they are going to need to fill a number of positions in the coming months.
Chief-of-Staff Dr. Jennifer Rice said she had received a resignation from Dr. Amber Kinner, who will remain with the hospital through January.
Rice and CEO Luke Senden discussed what the healthcare center will be doing to address the issue.
Brenda Gorm, Director of Nursing at the Amie Holt Care Center, reported that she will be needing to replace four of her staff members that have notified her they will be moving in the next couple of months.

I worked at Amie Holt 8 years ago and help is very hard to find there in Buffalo. Housing is a big problem. Cost of living there is also an issue. Another thing is Brenda Form is an awesome leader…best in the business. I am retired after 40 years as an RN.
