Aaron PalmerBuffalo’s City Council, at their last regular meeting, approved and accepted Ordinance No. 1418 on third and final reading, amending city code concerning transient merchants and religious or charitable permits.
Mayor Shane Schrader read the Ordinance at the meeting.
Previously the fees were $25 for a 7-day permit; $50 for 30 days; and $100 for 365 days, and the changes to code sets them at $200 for 7 days; $300 for 30 days; and $750 for 365 days.
Violations will be subject to fines of not less than $25 and not more than $200 for each incident.
