Sheridan Man Changes Plea for Methamphetamine Delivery Charge

At the change of plea hearing, Donald Prosser, pursuant to the terms of a plea agreement reached with the State, pleaded guilty to the charge of delivery of a controlled substance – methamphetamine. Prosser, on May 1, 2024 delivered approximately a quarter-ounce of methamphetamine to a confidential informant.
