Sheridan Commission to Consider Water Line Easements

Two easements concerning water lines will be considered by the SHeridan County Commission at their regular meeting Tuesday morning.
The first is a water pipeline easement between the county and the Sheridan Area Water Supply Joint Powers Board.
They will also consider a second easement between the county and the City of Sheridan for a water line under vacated Brooks Street between Burkitt and Whitney Streets.
Also on the agenda is consideration of the Tift Lot Size Variance; the Crosby Lot Size Variance; the Sunset Ridge Estates Subdivision; and a Resolution vacating a public right-of-way known as Ash Avenue in the Downer Addition.
The meeting will begin at 9am Tuesday in the Second Floor Board Room, #220, in the Sheridan County Courthouse Addition.
The meeting is open to the public.
