Aaron PalmerThe Buffalo City Council voted to award the contract for the transmission lines on the Buffalo Wells Project to WyoDak Energy Services of Buffalo, choosing them over two other bidders.
Jeff Barron, with WWC Engineering, spoke to the council at their meeting Tuesday evening, giving more details on the bidding process.
The contract will pay WyoDak nearly $2.24 million to complete the final phase of the project, which will build a pipeline from the existing drilled wells to tie into the city’s water treatment plant for a backup water supply for the city.
