Ron RichterThe Sheridan City Council held their first regular business meeting of August Monday night. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.
The City Council approved second reading of an ordinance to rezone 15,246 square feet of property at 2308 Coffeen Avenue from R-4 residence district to B-1 business district. City Planner Kelly Schroeder.
The ordinance requires one more approval by the Council before the rezone takes effect. The Council also received updates from representatives with the Sheridan Recreation District and the Sheridan County Conservation District.
