Ron RichterThe Sheridan City Council will be working with a light agenda at the first regular business meeting of the month Monday night. The one item under old business that the Council will be considering is second reading of an ordinance to rezone property at 2308 Coffeen Avenue from R-4 to B-1. City Planner Kelly Schroeder.
The properties to the east, south, and west of the proposed rezone area are currently zoned B-1, while the property to the north is zoned B-2. The City Council will also be receiving updates from officials with the Sheridan County Conservation District and the Sheridan Recreation District. Monday’s Council meeting will take place at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall.
