Aaron PalmerA License Agreement between Sheridan County and Montana-Dakota Utilities has been approved by the county commission.
According to the application, the agreement is for an underground crossing to supply power to an existing shop building on County Road 62, a/k/a Metz Road in Sheridan County.
The fee charged by the county is $160 plus $.25 per foot for 60 feet of underground boring for $15 and a total fee of $175.
The agreement was approved as part of the commission’s Consent Agenda.
