Pre-Annexation Agreement

Prior to the Sheridan City Council voting on a pre-annexation agreement between the City and Dallas and Adrienne Arizona, Councilman Steve Brantz addressed the request to tie into the City’s sewer system at 1105 Leopard Street, which is outside of city limits.

City Utilities Director Dan Roberts responded to the councilman’s concerns.

The motion to accept the pre-annexation agreement was approved by a vote of 4 to 1, with Councilman Brantz voting against the agreement.
