Sheridan Commission Approves Sunset Ridge Preliminary Plat

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have voted to approve a preliminary plat for Sunset Ridge Estates.

At their last regular meeting, County Planner Mark Reid gave details on the application.

During the public hearing, concerns about an irrigation ditch for properties below the proposed subdivision and a question on whether or not more division of the property for more development could happen in the future, and the future status of a pond/wetland on the property were voiced.

The commission, after discussion,voted to approve the preliminary plat.
