40th Annual Lake DeSmet Fishing Derby This Weekend

The 40^th Annual Lake DeSmet Fishing Derby, put on by the Buffalo Lions Club, will be happening this Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

According to their flier for the event, there will be over $50,000 in cash and prizes available to be awarded, including tagged fish for cash, drawings, and daily prizes to be given away.

Jake Wright, with the Buffalo Lions Club, gives more details on what the weekend will offer.

Ticket prices remain the same, at $15 per day or $40 for all three days and are available in Buffalo at Wa-Hoo Liquors, the Lake Stop, Sports Lure, and Crazy Woman Liquor; and in Sheridan and Gillette at Rocky Mountain Discount Sports.
