With Easter weekend here, the Sheridan County Incident Management Team reminds people to avoid gatherings of 10 or more people, including large family gatherings.

People are also reminded that, when they shop, they should shop alone, minimize prolonged contact and stay six feet away from others.

The number of identified positive COVID-19 cases remains at 12 in Sheridan County, with 10 of those now recovered from the virus. There have been no hospitalizations.

The CDC has recommended wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain, such as grocery stores and pharmacies.
