Sheridan Commission OK’s Lease at Airport Business Park

The Sheridan County Commission has voted to approve a lease of a county-owned building located in the Legacy Business Park.

Sheridan County Airport Manager Robert Gill explained that the airport had issued a Request For Proposal (RFP) to lease a building located at 915 West Brundage Lane.

He made the recommendation to the commission at their last regular meeting.

Gill said he was looking for the award of the lease and that specifics concerning the lease would be negotiated after the commission approved the lease, which was awarded to the State of Wyoming, General Services, Leasing Division, for the use of State Law Enforcement and Legal Agency.
