Hopefully the guy will investigate the gross dereliction of duty that happened when the “Failed Four” refused to abide by the Law and appoint one of the three Republican Nominees to fill the vacant seat. Forcing a District Judge to do the job the four failed to do, is grounds for removal from office of at least the Chairperson, tipsy christi.

Same Old Dennis… Give it up, you lost the suit, you cost Sheridan County taxpayers $84,000, just go wave your signs. At least then, you will be only a humorus distraction, NOT an expense!!!

The “Failed Four” commissioners cost the county over $90,000 in the Two court cases that they are solely and totally responsible for. They forced the 4th district judge to do the job the commissioners, by law, were compelled to do. Pick one of three nominees. The four failed and the judge was not happy about being forced to step in. All the failed four had to do was say one word, “Second” and it would have saved the county a ton of money. Had they done their job, the two court cases would not have happened. Blaming the Republican Party for the lawsuit is like blaming the arresting officer when he takes a drunk driver off the road. Of course they may try that charade in tipsy christ’s upcoming trial for hit and run and Drunk Driving. (allegedly)
Same old harry-it, missing the point by a mile and refusing to accept logical reasoning and the facts.

The Party only filed the lawsuit in an attempt to hold our elected officials accountable, for their law-breaking.
When criminals get-away with breaking the law, they begin to believe they are “above the law.” That applies to everyone, even those in elected office. To this day, the Four commissioners who Failed to abide by the law, remain un-punished and un-accountable for their, documented, lawlessness.
Did it lead to one commissioner feeling she was above-the-law and (allegedly) driving drunk and crashing into a building, then leaving the scene?
          It appears that way.
Well see at the trial? But all signs point to an arrogant Board, that needs to be throttled in a bit.
Glad to see they’ve lifted your ban. Now plz try to come up with your own original thoughts, instead of constantly reacting to my posts.
Think for yourself. You might enjoy it.

Sorry Ms. Olsen, just assumed that since you quit trolling me, you’d either been banned or moved away.
I do still wish you’d make your own ideas known, instead of just reacting to my thoughtful, logical and factually accurate posts.
-If you support the “Failed four’s” law-breaking, then please, make your case.
-If you think a sitting commissioner should (allegedly) crash into buildings, then drive away, and not say one word to the Public, plz say so.
-If you think (alleged) drinking and driving is ok, plz have at it.
-If you think tipsy christi is a good role model for our youth, by all means, speak up.
-If four law-breaking commissioners are a positive attribute for Sheridan then please, voice YOUR opinion.
-If you think four lawless commissioners will attract visitors to Sheridan, go for it.
But sitting home alone and carping about my posts, without offering any of your own ideas, is intellectually lazy. Don’t ya think?
I mean low-IQ teenage girls can nit-pick. We expect more from a senior.
We can’t have a meaningful exchange of ideas (the whole reason for a comment section) if you don’t have any of your own ideas!

I believe the Constitution protects from Double Jeopardy, but hey, I could be wrong. The special prosecutor could investigate the “dereliction case”, but that’s it. Doesn’t seem like investigating the “Fab Four” for what they’ve been absolved of would be conserving funds at this point.
Investigating Ms. Haswell’s very poor choice is another another matter.

So, you’re defending the “Failed Four” whrn they broke the law by rejecting all three Party Nominees, but won’t defend (alleged) hit and run and drunk driving. At least you draw the line on lawlessness….somewhere.

Dennis the Menace, I will explain the whole thing one more time just for you. Throughout this whole time you’re the only one who says the County Commissioners broke the law. Now granted, you have political experience at holding a sign on the corner of a street, (although that wasn’t successful either was it?) but all the legal authorities say they are NOT GUILTY.
On Sept. 1, Fourth Judicial District Court Judge Darci Phillips (your heroine)issued a court order that she would only select from the three candidates provided by the Sheridan GOP. She also indicated in her original order that the commissioners acted LEGALLY and accepted the nomination process in her court.
On Tuesday, March 12, Judge Thomas Sullins handed down a decision in the case of the Sheridan County Republican Party vs four Sheridan County Commissioners. The judge found in FAVOR of the defendants, the four county commissioners, and AGAINST the Sheridan County Republican Party.
The law you speak of is not subject to interpretation. The Commissioners followed the law to a “tee” and the legal experts agreed. I love the Tourism angle you are now playing with Christi’s incident. There is an opening on the Travel and Tourism board, just send in your application to the Board of County Commissioners, maybe you can sue them again if not selected.
Nobody is saying what Christi did was not, at the very least, poor judgement and an unlawful act but that will be settled through legal avenues, not through court of public opinion.
It appears now you’re picking on the Senior Citizens of our County. As a child did you get a demerit for “not playing well with others”?
    Silly boy!
    See ya!
