Aaron PalmerA Special Use Permit application was recently considered by the Buffalo City Council for new housing construction in a non-residential zoned area of the city.
During their last regular meeting, City Building Inspector Terry Asay brought the request before the council, explaining what the applicant was planning.
The application was reviewed and recommended for approval by the Planning & Zoning Commission during their March meeting, according to Asay.
The council approved the Special Use Permit to allow the new residential construction in the B-1 Zone.
