Aaron PalmerSheridan County’s Commissioners have approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the county and the Wyoming Department of Health, Public Health Division.
Amendment No. 1 to the MOU was explained by County Nurse Manager Debra Haar at the commission’s regular meeting Tuesday.
The commission voted to approve the amendment to the MOU with Commissioner Holly Jennings voting against.

How about a MOU with the citizens that prohibits mandatory masks, shots or lockdowns?
