Aaron PalmerState Senator Dave Kinskey (R-Senate District 22) spoke to the Buffalo City Council during their last meeting to talk about the budget session that starts Monday in Cheyenne.
Kinskey detailed what is facing legislators during the budget session.
Kinskey said the outlook is for natural gas prices to drop as the state is shipping less coal every year, which is bad news for the state.
He said the war on energy production is continuing.
