Aaron PalmerState Senator Dave Kinskey (R-Senate District 22) spoke to Buffalo’s City Council at their meeting this week to talk about the upcoming legislative session that begins February 12 in Cheyenne.
Kinskey talked about water rights, an issue the legislature needs to correct, based on a law previously passed that has had unintended consequences.
Kinskey said that the increased problems stemming from the issue is citizens are just abandoning the water rights which is an issue detrimental to the state.
Kinskey added that the increase in costs and governmental red tape on these developments is not something the state needs right now with the attainable housing issue that currently exists.
