Buffalo Council Discusses Annexations

The Buffalo City Council discussed and ultimately passed readings of two Ordinances that will annex property into the city.

The fist Ordinance, No. 1403, was passed on second reading, and will annex the property at 94 US Highway 16 East, currently known as the Wolf Auto Group, into the city as the Tetonka Addition to the City of Buffalo.

The Ordinance will require a third and final reading.

Also passed on first reading was Ordinance No. 1404, which will annex the Buffalo Business Park property.

The Buffalo Business Park is a 140-acre property near the Sewage Treatment Plant east of town that is designed to be a magnet for economic development.

The Ordinance will require two more readings by the council.
