Sheridan Commission OK’s NOI to Vacate Right-of-Way

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have voted to approve a Notice of Intent (NOI) to vacate a portion of a right-of-way of Willow Circle in Story.

During the public comment period, James Bethamy, who owns a tract of land adjacent to the right-of-way, spoke in opposition of the vacation, citing the loss of access to properties in the area if approved.

After more discussion the commission talked about passing the NOI to take public comment and explained further.

The commission voted to publish the Notice of Intent.
