SPD reports a quiet Halloween weekend and holiday 

Chief of the Sheridan Police Travis Koltiska and Captain Tom Ringley made an appearance on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse to thank the community for being safe this Halloween.

Sheree Childers-Cossel from the Hub on Smith reported an amazing turnout of trick-or-treaters and families during their Trunk or Treat event. Childers-Cossel said thanks to a partnership with First Northern Bank and a generous donation of over $1,000 in candy from Bighorn Rehabilitation and Care, the event was a success. Although no official count was taken, Childers-Cossel said from what she could estimate, the event saw double the attendance from last year. 

The SPD Captain said he was happy to receive reports of a very quiet night and a fairly quiet weekend.
