The City of Buffalo is extending their green waste service through the end of November, according to City Works Director Kevin Silbernagel, who made the announcement during the last city council meeting.

Silbernagel also reminded the council he will be in Cheyenne November 1 and 2 to attend the State Loan and Investment Board meeting to represent the city while their projects they applied for funding are being considered.

The projects include a pipeline project from the eight water wells drilled for a backup drinking water source for the city to tie into the water treatment plant at $388,000; the North Main Storm Sewer project at just over $2.5 million; and the water line replacement project on Main Street from Fort Street north to Hart Street for roughly $798,000.
