Sheridan Commission Ratifies Reimbursement for Jail Renovations

The Sheridan County Commission has ratified State Loan and Investment Board (SLIB) Loan Reimbursement Request #2 on the Historic Courthouse and Jail Renovation project.

According to the Loan Draft Request, the amount being sought on reimbursement #2 is just over $1.32 million which will be paid to Van Ewing Construction.

Of the $3 million loan originally approved by the SLIB, roughly $2.62 million has been dispersed on the project, leaving about $384,000 in undispersed funds.

The project also has $450,000 left in undispersed funds for engineering, according to the document.
