Aaron PalmerA contract between the City of Buffalo and St. Francis Animal Shelter appears to still need some negotiation, after the city council passed the latest version with some revisions.
Council member Myra Camino had some revisions she felt needed to be made and spelled those out at the last council meeting, asking it to be tabled.
Councilman Mike Madden said the contract has taken quite some time to get to this point and suggested approving the revised contract contingent upon review and approval of the shelter.
When asked if anyone from the shelter was present and wanted to speak, they said they didn’t want to speak for the shelter themselves, but suggested they would be consulting their attorney.
