Buffalo Council OK’s Liquor License Transfer

The Buffalo City Council has approved a liquor license transfer request brought before them at their Tuesday meeting.

The retail liquor license was transferred from Maverik, Inc. d/b/a Maverik #422 located at 74 West US Highway 16 East in Buffalo to Richard L. Miller Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Millers Buffalo, LLC at the same location.

The council entered into a public hearing during the meeting to take comment but none was offered.

After closing the public hearing and re-entering their regular meeting, the council voted to approve the liquor license transfer.
