Sheridan County Approves CUP for Outdoor Vehicle Storage

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for LATR, LLC for outdoor vehicle storage, with conditions suggested by the Planning and Zoning Board.

County Planner Mark Reid said the property is a 3-acre parcel just west of the Town of Ranchester known as the Case Storage business.

He gave more details on the CUP application.

The four conditions concerned on-site signage restrictions, an engineered drainage plan be submitted before commencing vehicle storage use, approval of any new exterior lighting, and that all vehicles be screened by a solid wall or fence installed along the common property line to the south, prior to commencing vehicle storage.
