Johnson County OKs Appointments to Boards

Johnson County’s Commissioners approved two persons to serve on county boards during their recent meeting.

An appointment to represent the Energy Industry on the Natural Resource Plan Committee was made for Ben Schiffer, as explained by Commissioner Linda Greenough.

County natural resource plans will serve as a basis for communicating and coordinating with the federal government and its agencies on land and natural resource management issues.

Also appointed by the commission was Josh Keegan to the JOCO First Board.
