Corrected Plat Approved for Saddlecrest Subdivision

A corrected plat filed on behalf of the Saddlecrest Subdivision in Sheridan County was approved after review by the county commission at their recent meeting.

County Planner Mark Reid explained that the original subdivision was approved in November of 2018, but a corrected plat was submitted for a roughly 73-acre parcel in the subdivision.

He explained further.

Reid said the Planning Department staff did recommend approval of the corrected plat, and there was no need to require a public hearing in the matter.
