Kinskey’s Bills Still Alive in Budget Session

During a Budget Session of the Wyoming Legislature, Senators are allowed to bring up to 3 pieces of legislation. Local Senator Dave Kinskey said that with that in mind and the fact that he is a member of the Appropriations Committee that crafts the budget bill, he brought 3 files to the 2020 gathering that aren’t huge but are important to the people that care about them. 

Senator Kinskey said that the other bill he brought was intended to fix a bill that was passed in the previous session.
