Sheridan Woman Sentenced for Property Destruction

A Sheridan woman was sentenced in Fourth Judicial District Court Tuesday for the crime of felony property destruction. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.
On October 11, 2022, 43-year-old Connie Osborn damaged two vehicles in the parking lot of the Courtyards at Sheridan Apartments. Osborn also damaged property of the apartment complex. District Court Judge Darci Phillips at a hearing Tuesday, accepted the terms of the plea agreement that was previously reached with the state and sentenced Osborn to 2 to 4 years in prison, suspended in lieu of three years of supervised probation.
Osborn was ordered to pay $7,140.32 in restitution, $250 in court costs and $500 in public defender fees.
