Buffalo Re-zone Ordinance Passes Final Reading

A proposed re-zoning of a section of the Burlington Addition to the City of Buffalo passed its third and final reading by the city council at their regular meeting this week.
The Ordinance will rezone portions of Lot 9, and Lots 10 and 11 in Block 28 of the Burlington Addition from R-1 Single Family Residential to R-2 Multi-Family Residential.
City Planner Toby Rhoads reported during an earlier reading of the Ordinance that once passed, it will bring an existing, non-conforming facility into compliance with city zoning regulations.
The re-zoned multi-family property is located on the corner of Fort Street and Burritt Avenue.
