Sheridan Commission OK’s Lot Size Variance

A request for a variance from the minimum lot area zoning standards has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission.
According to County Planner Mark Reid, Jack Pellissier applied for the variance on a parcel of land not within any county subdivision.
He explained the request further.
According to information on the staff report, the purpose of the conveyance is “to utilize additional acreages to provide an access point to Dow Road that is on their own parcel.”
The Sheridan County Planning & Zoning Commission, on May 4, voted 5-0 to recommend approval of the variance request.
