Sheridan Commission Accepts More Opioid Settlement Funds

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have accepted an agreement that will pay them a second round of opioid settlement funds, after the agreement was brought before them by County Deputy Attorney Clint Beaver.

Beaver explained the settlement agreement > further.

Beaver said that the difference between One Wyo I and One Wyo II is the defendants who will be paying the settlement funds, which are Allergen, Teva, CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart.

According to discussions, the county will put the funds to use in the county’s prevention office.
