Sheridan Commission Approves Uhing Easement Vacation

An easement vacation for a property located in the Powder Horn Ranch PUD has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission.

At the Tuesday commission meeting, County Planner Mark Reid explained what the applicants were requesting.

According to the application, the property owners wish to vacate the easement to build a home on Lot 12 and want additional acreage on the lot due to its steeper terrain.

The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the vacation, and no objections were received from the utility providers, SAWS, the City of Sheridan, the Powder Horn HOA or the Powder Horn Operations Manager.
