Sheridan Commission Approves Lot Size Variance

A Lot Size Variance request was brought before the Sheridan County Commission during their last regular meeting.

According to the staff report from the Public Works Department, Benjamin and Alicia Osmun applied for the variance from the minimum lot area zoning standards that would permit the reduction of Lots 17 and 18 in Block 53 of the Downer Addition.

The reduction would be just over 120 square feet on the parcel addressed as 1231 West 15th Street, and upon approval would convey the 120 square feet to the adjacent parcel to the west to accommodate a boundary line adjustment.

The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval.

The commissioners considered the request and approved the variance unanimously.
