Clearmont Historical Group to Hold Quilt Show -Hosts Wyoming Reads

The Clearmont Historical Center will be hosting the third annual Quilt Show throughout the Month of March, National Quilting Month. The third Saturday in March, this year March 18, is National Quilting Day.

Old and new quilts are welcome.

Interested quilters should submit entries by March 1. Entries can be emailed to clearmonthistory@gmail.com.

Also, the Center is hosting “Wyoming Reads” where interested readers can come to the Clearmont Historical Center and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and good conversation while they browse the selection of new and old books. Some of the books included are very old school readers, and a book showing how to write shorthand.
