Johnson County Road & Bridge Supervisor Scott Pehringer gave updates on various projects to the county commission during their last regular meeting.
Pehringer talked about the latest information on the North Fork of Crazy Woman Bridge, which was good news to the county.
Pehringer also reported that the county had been notified of their Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) funding award for this year, which was the expected $315,366 with a $78,842 local match.
The county did not receive the full amount asked, so they will pull money from their budget to make up the difference.
He said it will be scary to see how the bids come in later on the product as prices for it and transportation costs continue to rise.
