Sheridan Commission Approves Lot Size Variance

A Lot Size Variance has been approved by the Sheridan County Commission.

At their Tuesday meeting, County Planner Mark Reid explained why the applicant was requesting it.

He explained that Don Krogue applied for a variance from the minimum lot area zoning standards that would permit the reduction of a 2.49-acre parcel by 0.55 acres in an RR-Rural Residential District in Story.

He explained further.

No new parcels would be created due to the variance or boundary line adjustment, according to Reid.

The Planning & Zoning Commission reviewed the application and recommended approval.
