Sheridan Commission Passes Terry Subdivision Permit

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved a subdivision permit for a 2.3-acre property north of Ranchester, fronting County Road 120A, a/k/a Five Mile Extension, applied for by the Terry Family Trusts and Successor Co-Trustees.

County Planner Mark Reid explained why the applicants were seeking subdivision approval.

Reid said as far as applications go, this one was really well prepared.

He said if there is such a thing as a model application, this is one of them.
