Buffalo City Attorney Dennis Kirven, in his report to the city council this week, announced there has been some changes concerning his office.
Kirven also discussed a claim that has been forwarded by attorney Chris Wages on behalf of Margo Brown, who owns the building her shop is located in.
The claim says there is moisture seeping into to the wall that is being held in by the mural.
According to discussions between the council and Kirven, the situation has been discussed over the last couple of years with no resolution coming out of the discussions.
Kirven will be gathering information from the city and from other sources to move forward on the issue.
