Sheriff’s Office Issues Reminder About Headlights

The Sheridan County Sheriff’s Office has issued a reminder to motorists about their vehicles headlights. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.
With less daylight during the winter months, the use of vehicle headlights is essential for safety. Corporal Doug Sanders with the Sheridan County Sheriff’s Office has this reminder for motorists regarding headlight use.
Sheridan County Sheriff Allen Thompson says that motorists shouldn’t always rely on technology to figure out when the headlights should be on.
Once again, vehicle headlights must be on a half an hour after sunset and half an hour before sunrise, and anytime there is insufficient light or poor atmospheric conditions.
