
Details of the final plat of the Cloud Peak Ranch 24th filing subdivision were presented at a recent study session of the Sheridan City Council. City Community Development Director Wade Sanner explains that a large lot subdivision is what’s being proposed.
Sanner said the property is located south of Quail Ridge Road and adjacent to Covey Run Road. He said the applicant, Ranch at Twin Buttes LLC, is proposing depth-to-front ratio and lot width variances for six of the lots in the subdivision.
We need affordable housing; not HOA tract homes.
