Aaron PalmerBuffalo’s City Council voted to pass Ordinance No. 1409 on second reading.
The Ordinance addresses short-term vacation rental properties, specifically targeting what are typically called Airbnb-style rentals within the city limits.
City Building Inspector Terry Asay, at the council’s meeting earlier this month, discussed why the ordinance is be proposed.
The Ordinance will require a third and final reading at the council’s next meeting June 7.
