Easement Vacation in Powder Horn Ranch Approved by County

Sheridan County’s Commissioners, during their recent meeting, considered a vacation of an easement to allow building of a new home on that location.

The proposal asked for a vacation of a a 10-foot utility, drainage, and construction easement common to Lots 10 an 11 in Block F of the Powder Horn Ranch, Phase One Subdivision.

County Planner Mark Reid explained further.

The commission approved the easement vacation for Ronald and Rosemary Henderson.
