Amendment on Brooks Street Project Approved by County

An amendment to the agreement between the Sheridan County and Morrison-Maierle, Inc. to add to the cost for professional services on the Brooks Street Greenspace Project has been approved by the county commission.

County Engineer Ken Muller explained why there was an increase in costs and therefore a need for the amendment to the agreement.

The original contract for professional services for the design of the project was for $100,000 and the amendment adds just over $26,000 to the contract amount for the additional design services.
