Strategic Framework

On Saturday March 12, the Sheridan City Council and Mayor Rich Bridger held an all-day strategic planning retreat that was facilitated by Julia Novak of Raftelis. A resolution outlining the strategic framework that came from that meeting was approved by the Council Monday night. City Administrator Stu McRae said Novak started the strategic planning session by talking about expectations of the council.

The Council developed six strategic outcome areas during the retreat that are part of the resolution that was adopted Monday night by the Council. You can view the outcome areas and each of their definitions here.
