The Sheridan County Youth Choir proudly presents a virtual concert to conclude their 2020 fall season. Like many organizations, the choirs had to make significant adjustments to their traditional rehearsals and repertoire selections in order to best safely serve students during the ongoing pandemic. This resulted in an international collaboration with Australian composer and songwriter Paul Jarman, and a tour now scheduled for the choirs to travel to Australia in the fall of 2022. With the support of Paul Jarman and of the WYO Theater here in town, over 70 kids were able to enjoy a full season of music-making together. The Sheridan County Youth Choir would like to thank Paul Jarman for granting permissions for this music to be recorded and distributed.

Very enjoyable for me to hear the groups! Being a part of the first Sheridan County Youth Chorale, as one of the directors, I am always interested in what and how they are all adapting to the new world of virtual. Even though it is so important for them to be together as a group, I bet they have much less distractions and can really hear their own voice! 😀😀😀😀🎶🎶🎶🎶
