New Chamber Board President Addresses County Commission

The Johnson County Commission was introduced to new Buffalo Chamber of Commerce Board President Jennifer Burden during their regular meeting this week.

Burden, who was recently elected to the position, said the board has been busy making a strategic plan for the next few years.

Burden said the board is also planning to work on developing partnerships, fundraising, marketing and cultivating leadership and leaders in the community.

Chamber Director Meseret Tegenu said Burden is a huge asset to the chamber and they are happy to have her on board.
