Deliver Senior Stocking Items by Friday

Aaron PalmerThe deadline to deliver stocking-stuffer items for the Buffalo Senior Center’s annual Christmas Stockings for Seniors program is this Friday, December 11th to ensure the items are distributed by Christmas.
There is a change to how the program will work this year due to COVID-19 concerns.
The senior center is asking that stocking-stuffer items be brought to the center and left in the collection box so staff can collect and distribute them to the seniors.
Some of the items requested by the seniors include grocery store gift cards, magnifying glasses, meal tickets, and puzzle/word search books to name a few.
Items requested by seniors for stocking-stuffers:
Adult coloring books; assorted band-aids; bookmarks; bus tickets; candy; cat litter; cocoa packets; colored pencils; combs, brushes; denture cleaner; grocery store gift cards; hand lotion; hand sanitizer; large number calculator; LED flashlight; lip balm; magnifying glass; meal tickets; mints; nail files, clippers; pens, pencils; notepads, sticky notes; pet food; playing cards; puzzle/word search books; rolls of quarters for laundry; shampoo; small tissue packets; small tools; stamps; stress balls; tall kitchen garbage bags; toilet paper; toothbrush; veterinarian gift cards.
Bus and meal tickets are available at the Buffalo Senior Center.
